in-store pick up

Laredo Trailer Supply  offers a pre-paid order preparation service for local customers. In-Store Pickup orders can be placed online Monday thru Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm for merchandise stocked at our North location. NOTE: Not all items shown online are available for store pickup.

Pay for your items online and your order will be ready for pick up same day at our store. For fastest pickup, bring the credit card used to place the order, picture identification, and your Order Confirmation number to the Customer Service counter. Prepaid orders will only be released to the cardholder used to make the purchase.

Note:Orders can only be picked up during normal store hours
Sales associates will be able to assist you with receiving your merchandise. Extra heavy and pallet sized orders may need to have a scheduled pickup day / time during our warehouse operating hours. Check with your phone sales associate during order placement to confirm product availability and pickup time.  

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship via FedEx, USPS and LTL carriers, and use the carrier offering the lowest price based on package size,weight and final destination.

We strive to ship order on stock items the same business day, when received by 3 pm CST, orders places after 3 pm CST on Friday will ship on Monday.

Orders placed after 3 pm CST cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery if placed online, if you require next day delivery, please call our customer service at 956-725-1900 to discuss delivery options.

SALES TAX 

Use tax laws vary by State, if sales or use tax is collected by your State on internet purchases,it is your responsibility.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING: we ship orders via FedEx or USPS, whichever offers you the best value, depending on the size and weight of your order, no P.O Boxes are eligible for shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: All in-stock items are eligible for expedited shipping, if you require one day delivery, please call us at 956-725-1900 to place your order so we can verify your items are in stock, please note if delays occur with carriers due to inclement weather, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by the quoted delivery time and will not refund any shipping charges.

LTL SHIPPING: If you are purchasing items in bulk or you have a significant large order you may be eligible for free shipping in certain brands, please  call our sales team at 956-725-1900 for the most current information on pricing an any additional fees that may apply to your order.

Freight charges are dependent upon carrier rates and therefore subject to change without notice.

Additional fees for lift gates, calling ahead, appointment deliveries, residential and limited access deliveries may apply for all other shipping methods.


ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and another email with tracking information once your shipment leave our warehouse, if you don't receive an email or phone call from our staff within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at 956-725-1900,you can check the status of standard and expedited shipments on either USPS or FedEx package tracking website, guaranteed ship dates are guaranteed by USPS and FedEx and not Laredo Trailer Supply, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package after leaves our facility, for information on the status of LTL shipments give our customer service a call 956-725-1900

RETURNS

Because we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase from Laredo Trailer Supply, within 3 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any NEW/UNUSED item for a STORE CREDIT, simply contact our customer service team for a return authorization (RA) number, they will give you instructions on packing your return and the best address to send our package for quick processing of your shipment, Returns must be approved in advance, please call 956-725-1900 to get your Return authorization number prior to shipping any product to us.


IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS

All  returns must be clearly labeled with our RA number .

Returns must be in New/Unused condition to receive a Store Credit .

Returns may only be made within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Customers are responsible for arranging shipping and any costs related to returning the merchandise, we recommend using a carrier that provide a tracking number for the shipment, please keep the tracking number for reference until your return has been processed .

Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

No restocking fee will be applied on returns.


Unfortunately, the following items cannot be accepted as returns, id you believe the item you receive is not representative of what you ordered, we will do the best to make it right.

Custom order made to specifications.

Rigging items, such as shackles, clips and links, eye bolts, hooks and wire rope products.

Cut rope and chains,

Electrical parts.


STORE CREDIT

We currently do not offer cash refunds only store credit, we will notify you e-mail of your store credit once we have received and processed the returned item, please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your store credit.
